WeightLossTopic.com was established in 2007 to be your destination for weight-loss resources. We focus on creating superb articles that enable you to achieve your goals and lose weight in a controlled, safe and sometimes even enjoyable manner.

We impartially cover the entire weight-loss scene discussing everything from weight-loss basics like how to choose a gym and creating a food diary to controversial topics like the Atkins Diet and Gastric Bypass procedures.

Weight loss is one of those subjects where near enough every adult has some experience with. Either themselves or a partner has embarked on a diet plan in order to hit that ideal weight in time for the big day, an end of year party or that big beach holiday. Whatever your reasons, WeightLossTopic.com wants to help you.

Weight loss as an industry has attracted many hucksters and fast buck merchants simply looking to prey on consumer demand for ‘instant weight loss’ or magazine perfect bodies. There is a huge amount of information already out there about weight loss which is why we launched WeightLossTopic.com to provide a real quality resource written by genuine people not out to flog you anything but really just to help you get where you want to be. If we can quash some myths and make a difference along the way then that’s what we want to do.

Our advice is impartial and whilst we will link out to sponsors, advertisers and other 3rd parties (occasionally receiving a commission if you should make a purchase) we will only do so if we believe the product or service is truly helpful and we have had some experience of it ourselves.

A great example of this is our book section which highlights our favourite weight-loss books at present, this will change from time to time but we can say we’ve read each and everyone that appears on ‘our’ favourite list.

Always remember that you should consult a medical professional before commencing any form of diet or weight-loss programme.
